Overview

Beautiful, spacious home located in the White Mountains with access to many ski areas, National forests, lakes and the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Our vacation house is located minutes from Route 93 yet situated on a quiet hillside. During summer and fall enjoy beautiful hiking trails, an outdoor fire pit, and a spacious deck. For winter, we are conveniently located only mins away from the Waterville Valley ski resort, and just 20 mins away from Cannon Mtn and Loon, NH’s largest ski area.
The Grounds
Situated on an acre of land within the White Mountains, the wooded lot contains a fire-pit, an outdoor bar, and a driveway for up to 6 cars. Several Adirondack chairs are available to unwind after a day on the slopes or in the mountains!
The Dining Area
The dining room which has fun retro signage and overlooks the living room, hosts a large table where family and friends can reminisce about the days adventures over dinner and drinks. Relax, unwind, and eat while enjoying the various decorations throughout.
The Living Room & Deck
Beautiful wood floors flow through the main level. Enjoy the reclaimed wood decor through the home. The living room has cathedral ceilings and is spacious, but cozy with a large couch, wide screen TV and a fireplace. It is equipped with WI-FI, DVD, Music system, and Bluetooth speaker. There is also a grill located on the deck for summertime BBQs!

In the winter the fireplace glows with warmth as the fire snaps and crackles away. In the summer, the sliders are wide open to the full-length deck and the fresh mountain air blows through the house.
The Bathrooms
There are 2.5 bathrooms (one on each level) which is perfect for larger groups! No need to fight over shower time!
The Bedrooms
Comfortably sleeps two families or three couples. Bedrooms are located across 2 floors, includes 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and one bunk bedroom.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. You will find everything you need from cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove with oven, coffeemaker AND Keurig, blender, and much more!
The Community Center
The property is located within Waterville Estates; which provides amazing family facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi’s (outside & inside), gym (newly renovated), saunas, game room, basketball court, tennis court, skating pond, bar and all available free to renters (3 guest passes included in the rental; additional can be purchased from the Waterville community center).
The Entertainment Room with bunks
This room contains another HD TV and several gaming systems. There is also a twin-size bunk bed in this room (sleeps an additional 2 people). Challenge your friends to a game of Billiards too! The dart board is available for use but BYOD (bring your own darts) :)
